In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil and add the bacon and onion and cook until almost crisp. Next, add the ground turkey, cook for 5 to 8 minutes or until cooked throughout.
Add the next three ingredients (Bok Choy through ginger) and continue cooking for 5 to 7 minutes or until the vegetables have softened slightly. Add coconut amino and season mixture to taste as needed with sea salt and pepper. Serve warm.
