Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, mix the first 8 ingredients (ground beef through egg). Form beef mixture into patties.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat ghee. Place burgers in the skillet and cook for about 8 minutes on each side, until there is a brown crust on both sides, or cooked through.
  3. Squeeze lemon wedge over each burger and serve over greens, and top with olive oil.
