INDIAN BUTTER CHICKEN
INSTA POT
Ingredients
- 1 14 OZ. CAN diced tomatoes
- 5-6 CLOVES garlic MINCED
- 1 TSP ginger powder
- 1 TSP turmeric
- 1/4 TSP cayenne pepper
- 1 TSP paprika
- 1 TSP salt
- 1 TSP garam masala
- 1 TSP. cumin
- 1 LB. BONELESS CHICKEN ADD 1-2 MINUTES IF FROZEN
- 4 OZ. butter CUBED
- 4 OZ. CONUT MILK
- 1 TSP garam masala
- 1/4-1/2 CUP cilantro CHOPPED
Instructions
- PLACE ALL INGREDIENTS UP TO CHICKEN IN INSTA POT AND MIX WELL. PUSH CHICKEN INTO SAUCE. CLOSE POT AND COOK FOR 10 MINUTES OH HIGH. RELEASE PRESSURE NATURALLY FOR 10 MINUTES THEN RELEASE MANUALLY. REMOVE CHICKEN. BLEND SAUCE INGREDIENTS WITH IMMERSION BLENDER. LET COOL SLIGHTLY. ADD THE BUTTER, MILK, GARAM MASALA AND STIR WELL. ADD THE CHICKEN BACK IN. SERVE OVER RICE OR NOODLES. SPRINKLE WITH CILANTRO.
