Crunch Bok Choy Slaw
Ingredients
- 8 oz cole slaw mix
- 1/4 cup green onion chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil toasted
- 1 tbs sugar to taste
- 1/4 c dijon mustard
- 1/8 tsp salt to taste
Instructions
- Toss. Let sit up to a day for cabbage to soften and flavors to meld
