Healing Salad

General All Purpose Meal - can be made ahead and put in refrigerator

  • 3 oz leafy lettuce spring mix works great
  • 1/4 cup radish chopped
  • 1/4 cup carrot chopped
  • 1/2 each avocadoe sliced
  • 1/3 each tomatoe chopped
  • 6 oz hummus
  • 1/4 cup sauerkraut
  • 1/4 cup celery chopped
  • 1/4 cup red or green pepper chopped


  • Add all ingredients in a bowl and toss. Add dressing of your choice.
  • You can also add any leftover vegetables that need to be eaten ... many cooked veggies are also nice on a salad, or a boiled egg
