Buckwheat Special
Great Breakfast
Ingredients
- 3/4 Cups Buckwheat
- 3 oz Blueberries
- 3 oz Rasberries
- 1 each Bannana
- 2 tbs flax seed
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3 Cups Almond Milk
Instructions
- Cook Buckwheat for 45 minutes ... use the 2 cups of Almond Milk to cook buckwheat. Grind the flax seed. Add the remaining almond milk, ground flax seed, and all other ingredients to the buckwheat and serve.
