Peachy Kale Smoothie
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1/2 cup water or more coconut milk
- 1/2 cup frozen peaches
- 1/2 cup chopped kale
- 1 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 scoops Perfect Paleo Protein (any flavor: unflavored chocolate or vanilla)
- 2 scoops Saving Dinner Fibermender 3.0 optional
- 1 scoop Just Juiced Veggies optional
- In a blender, place coconut milk, water, peaches, kale, chia seeds, Perfect Paleo Protein, Fibermender 3.0 and Just Juiced Veggies; blend until smooth and enjoy!
- It's ok to add a tad more milk or water, if a thinner smoothie is preferred.
