Cider BBQ Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 pounds chicken thighs boneless, skinless
- 1 medium red onion diced
- 3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 cup BBQ sause
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Grease crockpot with olive oil and place chicken thighs on the bottom. In large bowl, whisk remaining ingredients together. Pour over chicken and cover. Cook on LOW 7-8 hours. or HIGH 3-4 hours.
