Mustard Dusted Salmon

Servings 4 people


  • 4 salmon fillets 6-oz.
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • Ghee or use olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice


  • Sprinkle salmon with salt, pepper, mustard and dill.
  • Melt a little ghee in a large skillet over medium-high heat; add lemon juice and salmon fillets; sear salmon for 3 to 5 minutes per side.


SERVING SUGGESTION: Steamed asparagus and a big salad tossed with Leanne’s Basic Vinaigrette.
