Mustard Dusted Salmon
- 4 salmon fillets 6-oz.
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- Ghee or use olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Sprinkle salmon with salt, pepper, mustard and dill.
- Melt a little ghee in a large skillet over medium-high heat; add lemon juice and salmon fillets; sear salmon for 3 to 5 minutes per side.
