Shrimp with Buttered Spinach

  • 4 tablespoons grass fed butter
  • 4 cups chopped spinach
  • 1 large shallot sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped basil
  • shrimp From Day 4 Dinner
  • sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped mint


  • In a large skillet, heat the butter over medium-high heat. Cook the spinach and shallot for about 2 minutes before adding in the remaining ingredients. Cook for about 7 minutes, or until the spinach wilts and the shrimp are heated through. Serve hot.
