Shrimp with Buttered Spinach
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons grass fed butter
- 4 cups chopped spinach
- 1 large shallot sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped basil
- shrimp From Day 4 Dinner
- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped mint
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the butter over medium-high heat. Cook the spinach and shallot for about 2 minutes before adding in the remaining ingredients. Cook for about 7 minutes, or until the spinach wilts and the shrimp are heated through. Serve hot.
