Cashew Butter Smoothie
- 1/2 cup full fat canned coconut milk
- 1/2 frozen avocado
- 3 tablespoons cashew butter
- 2 scoops Perfect Paleo Protein (any flavor: unflavored, chocolate or vanilla)
- 2 scoops Saving Dinner Fibermender optional
- 1 scoop Just Juiced Veggies optional
- In a blender, combine all ingredients (coconut milk through Just Juiced Veggies); blend until smooth and enjoy! It's ok to add a bit of water, if a thinner smoothie is preferred.
