[wpurp-searchable-recipe]Ground Lamb Endive “Nachos” – – ground lamb (leftover from Lamb and Spinach Soup), bone broth, large avocados (peeled, pitted and chopped), large limes (juiced), chopped fresh cilantro, medium jalapeno (seeded and chopped), Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste, large endive, small red onion (sliced thin), , In a large skillet over medium heat, add the cooked ground lamb to heat up with the broth (the broth keeps it from drying out!).
