- 4 6-oz. beef sirloin steaks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons sea salt
- 2 teaspoons white pepper
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- Preheat outdoor or indoor grill to MEDIUM-HIGH.
- Brush steaks with olive oil and season all sides evenly with salt, pepper, and cumin.
- Grill steaks for 3 to 5 minutes per side for medium-rare to medium (depending on thickness) or until the desired level of doneness is achieved.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Grilled or stir-fried sliced mushrooms, red onion, and green bell peppers. Add Faux-Tay-Toes (steam cauliflower till tender; drain; mash with a little olive oil, salt, and pepper till you get a mashed potatoes texture).
