Simple Mezze Plate
Ingredients
- 2 cups rainbow baby carrots
- 4 stalks celery cut into spears
- 1 medium cucumber peeled and cut into spears
- 1 large avocado pitted and sliced
- 8 baby peppers washed
- 1 1/2 cups marinated artichoke hearts
- 1 cup olives of your choosing, pitted
- 1 to 2 cups hummus your favorite
- 4 handfuls pita chips
- 1 cup marinated beets or pickled
- 1 cup pickles of choice
Instructions
- Either arrange everything on one big board or platter to enjoy family style, or create personal mezze plates for everyone! Super easy, delicious, and filling dinner!
