Green Goddess Wrap
- 4 large whole wheat flour tortillas
- 1 cup hummus pre-made, your favorite
- 1 medium cucumber peeled and julienned
- 4 handfuls arugula
- 1 cup sprouts or microgreens
- 2 large radishes sliced
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1 large avocado pitted and sliced
- 1 medium jalapeno pepper seeded and minced
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Spread a generous amount of hummus on each tortilla, then evenly distribute remaining ingredients (cucumber through pine nuts). Season lightly with salt and pepper, then tuck and roll and serve.
