Green Goddess Wrap

Servings 4 Serves


  • 4 large whole wheat flour tortillas
  • 1 cup hummus pre-made, your favorite
  • 1 medium cucumber peeled and julienned
  • 4 handfuls arugula
  • 1 cup sprouts or microgreens
  • 2 large radishes sliced
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 1 large avocado pitted and sliced
  • 1 medium jalapeno pepper seeded and minced
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts
  • sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste


  • Spread a generous amount of hummus on each tortilla, then evenly distribute remaining ingredients (cucumber through pine nuts). Season lightly with salt and pepper, then tuck and roll and serve.
