Tuna Salad in Avocados

  • 1/2 large lemon juiced
  • 4 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 1 5-oz. can wild tuna drained
  • 4 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 4 small avocados pitted and halved
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley


  • In a medium-size bowl, combine ingredients 1 to 5 (lemon through salt and pepper). Fill avocado halves with tuna salad mixture, garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
