Tuna Salad in Avocados
- 1/2 large lemon juiced
- 4 tablespoons chopped onion
- 1 5-oz. can wild tuna drained
- 4 tablespoons chopped parsley
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 4 small avocados pitted and halved
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- In a medium-size bowl, combine ingredients 1 to 5 (lemon through salt and pepper). Fill avocado halves with tuna salad mixture, garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
