Sesame Chicken Salad
- 2 large heads broccoli florets
- 3 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons coconut aminos
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon ground garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 cup olive oil
- 2 large carrots grated
- 2 cups boneless skinless chicken cooked, shredded
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and serve immediately.
