Guacamole and Veggie Sticks

  • 1 large avocado pitted
  • 3 teaspoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground garlic
  • sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • 3 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 large stalks celery chopped into 4-inch pieces
  • 3 large carrots peeled and chopped into 4-inch pieces


  • In a food processor or blender, add ingredients 1 to 7 (avocado through olive oil) and pulse until the mixture is a chunky texture. Serve alongside veggie sticks.
