Mary Had a Little Lamb
- 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary minced
- 1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 4 loin lamb chops 6-oz.
- Olive oil
- Preheat outdoor grill to medium high.
- In a small bowl, combine rosemary, pepper, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Rub thickly on lamb chops. Lightly drizzle each with olive oil. Grill for about 3 to 7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Curried Minted Cauli-Rice (process cauliflower in a blender or food processor until it resembles grains of rice; steam “rice” till tender; drain; add salt, pepper, curry powder and minced fresh mint; fluff with a fork).
