Mary Had a Little Lamb

  • 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary minced
  • 1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 4 loin lamb chops 6-oz.
  • Olive oil


  • Preheat outdoor grill to medium high.
  • In a small bowl, combine rosemary, pepper, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Rub thickly on lamb chops. Lightly drizzle each with olive oil. Grill for about 3 to 7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.


SERVING SUGGESTION: Curried Minted Cauli-Rice (process cauliflower in a blender or food processor until it resembles grains of rice; steam “rice” till tender; drain; add salt, pepper, curry powder and minced fresh mint; fluff with a fork). Add a big spinach salad tossed with Leanne’s Basic Vinaigrette.
