Caffeine Wired Pork

  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 4 6-oz. boneless pork chops
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil


  • In a small bowl, combine first 6 ingredients (instant coffee through ginger). Blend well then rub mixture into pork chops.
  • Melt the coconut oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear pork chops for 5 to 7 minutes per side or until cooked through. Serve and enjoy!


SERVING SUGGESTION: Steamed broccoli rabe and Faux-Tay-Toes (steam cauliflower till tender; drain; mash with a little coconut oil and salt and pepper to taste till you get a mashed potatoes texture).
