Easy Peasy Chicken

  • 4 cloves garlic pressed
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves 6-oz.
  • olive oil


  • In a small bowl, combine garlic and spices; blend well then rub mixture into all sides of chicken.
  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat; add chicken and cook for 4 to 6 minutes per side or until juices run clear.
