Honey Dijon Salmon

Servings 4 people


  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons raw honey
  • 4 skinless salmon fillets 6-oz.
  • 2 tablespoons ghee or use coconut oil


  • In a small bowl, whisk together mustard and honey.
  • Spread mixture evenly on all sides of salmon fillets. Melt the ghee (or coconut oil) in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add salmon and cook for 3 to 5 minutes per side or until fillets flake easily when tested with a fork.
  • Serve and enjoy!
