Honey Dijon Salmon
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons raw honey
- 4 skinless salmon fillets 6-oz.
- 2 tablespoons ghee or use coconut oil
- In a small bowl, whisk together mustard and honey.
- Spread mixture evenly on all sides of salmon fillets. Melt the ghee (or coconut oil) in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add salmon and cook for 3 to 5 minutes per side or until fillets flake easily when tested with a fork.
- Serve and enjoy!
