Veggie Turkey Wraps
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 1/4 cup shredded carrot
- 1/2 cucumber peeled and cut into thin sticks
- 1/2 cup baby spinach
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar OR Monterrey Jack cheese
- 8 slices deli turkey breast
- 2 8-inch whole wheat flour tortillas
- Divide onions, carrots, cucumber, spinach, cheese and turkey evenly between the tortillas.
- Roll each tortilla up tightly and serve.
