Rosemary Bacon Salad

  • 1/2 pound turkey bacon cooked, chopped
  • 2 medium cucumbers peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped scallion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped rosemary
  • 1/4 cup grapefruit juice
  • sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste


  • In a large bowl, toss all the ingredients and serve.
