- 1 1/2 cups almond flour or almond meal
- 1/3 cup ghee
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup coconut flakes
- 1/4 cup hemp hearts
- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 275 degrees.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients (from flour through salt and pepper).
- On a greased baking sheet, spread mixture. Bake for 50 minutes or until toasted to liking. Mix every 10 minutes. Cool and serve.
