- 2 tablespoons light cream cheese softened, divided
- 2 8-inch whole wheat flour tortillas or tomato tortillas
- 1 medium tomato seeded and diced
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
- Spread 1 tablespoon of cream cheese on each tortilla.
- Top with tomato, lettuce, and bacon.
- Roll each tortilla up tightly and serve.
