Poached Eggs on Bacon

  • 8 eggs
  • 8 strips bacon browned


  • In a large saucepan, add 3 inches of water. Bring to a simmer.
  • Carefully break eggs into the water and poach for 3 minutes or until cooked to your liking. Remove eggs and set on a warm plate to serve on top of bacon strips.
