Balsamic Glazed Pork Stir-Fry

Servings 4 servings


  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1 pound pork tenderloin cubed
  • 1 pound bok choy chopped
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced carrots
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste


  • Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add crushed red pepper flakes, garlic, gingerroot and green onions; cook until soft.
  • Add pork cubes, bok choy, carrots and balsamic vinegar; season with salt and pepper.
  • Cook and stir until pork cubes are no longer pink in the center and sauce has started to bubble.
  • Remove from heat and serve.


LC SERVING SUGGESTION: Add stir-fried sliced zucchini, mushrooms and red bell pepper.
