Bacon, Basil and Broccoli Stir-Fry
- 1 pound bacon chopped
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 1/2 large leek chopped
- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped basil
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add bacon.
- Cook bacon for 5 minutes, until almost crispy. Remove 3/4 of the bacon grease and add the remaining ingredients to the skillet.
- Stir and cook for 10 minutes, until bacon is cooked through and vegetables are tender. Serve warm.
