Bacon, Basil and Broccoli Stir-Fry

  • 1 pound bacon chopped
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/2 large leek chopped
  • sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped basil


  • In a large skillet over medium heat, add bacon.
  • Cook bacon for 5 minutes, until almost crispy. Remove 3/4 of the bacon grease and add the remaining ingredients to the skillet.
  • Stir and cook for 10 minutes, until bacon is cooked through and vegetables are tender. Serve warm.
