Sausage Spaghetti Squash
- 1 pound pork sausage
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 large tomatoes chopped
- 1 large spaghetti squash baked and shredded
- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- In a large skillet over MEDIUM heat, cook sausage for 5 minutes. Stir to make small pieces.
- Add onion and tomatoes. Cook for 5 additional minutes. Stir in squash, salt and pepper. Cover with lid and cook for 10 minutes. Serve hot.
