Sausage Spaghetti Squash

  • 1 pound pork sausage
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 large tomatoes chopped
  • 1 large spaghetti squash baked and shredded
  • sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste


  • In a large skillet over MEDIUM heat, cook sausage for 5 minutes. Stir to make small pieces.
  • Add onion and tomatoes. Cook for 5 additional minutes. Stir in squash, salt and pepper. Cover with lid and cook for 10 minutes. Serve hot.


SERVING SUGGESTION: Steamed green beans.
