Vanilla Spice Energy Bites
- 1 cup dates pitted
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- Sea salt to taste
- In a large food processor, blend all the ingredients until smooth.
- Scoop dough in a 1 tablespoon measuring spoon and roll into balls. Place balls on a plate or cookie sheet and refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve chilled.
