Tuna Salad Bites

  • 1 8-oz. can tuna drained
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced red onion
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 large pears cored and sliced


  • In a medium bowl, mash the first 5 ingredients (tuna through lemon juice).
  • Spread tuna mixture onto the pear slices and serve.
