Tuna Salad Bites
- 1 8-oz. can tuna drained
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon minced red onion
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 large pears cored and sliced
- In a medium bowl, mash the first 5 ingredients (tuna through lemon juice).
- Spread tuna mixture onto the pear slices and serve.
