Shrimp and Celery Salad
- 3 cups shrimp deveined, shelled, and cooked
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 4 tablespoons minced red onion
- 4 large stalks celery chopped
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients well. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
