Shrimp and Avocado Salad
- 1 pound shrimp deveined, shelled, and cooked
- 2 small avocados peeled, pitted and diced
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon honey
- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 2 cups chopped kale
- In a large bowl, toss all the ingredients and serve.
