Sesame Zucchini Chips
Ingredients
- 3 large zucchini sliced
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons coconut aminos
- 1 clove garlic minced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
- In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients well. Pour contents of bowl onto a large baking sheet in an individual layer. Bake for 1 hour, flipping halfway through, until zucchini is crispy and brown. Remove zucchini from oven and serve warm or at room temperature.
