Sesame Zucchini Chips

  • 3 large zucchini sliced
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons coconut aminos
  • 1 clove garlic minced


  • Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
  • In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients well. Pour contents of bowl onto a large baking sheet in an individual layer. Bake for 1 hour, flipping halfway through, until zucchini is crispy and brown. Remove zucchini from oven and serve warm or at room temperature.
