Roasted Dill and Garlic Cashews
- 3 cups raw cashews
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 2 teaspoons dried dill
- 2 teaspoons coconut oil
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- In a medium bowl, mix all the ingredients.
- On a parchment lined baking sheet, pour the cashew mix.
- Place in the oven and bake for 40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, until cashews are golden brown.
- Allow cashews to cool and serve.
