Roasted Dill and Garlic Cashews

Servings 2 servings


  • 3 cups raw cashews
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 teaspoons dried dill
  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil


  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • In a medium bowl, mix all the ingredients.
  • On a parchment lined baking sheet, pour the cashew mix.
  • Place in the oven and bake for 40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, until cashews are golden brown.
  • Allow cashews to cool and serve.
