Loaded Apple “Cookies”

  • 3 medium apples cored and sliced
  • 6 tablespoons raw almond butter
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 3 tablespoons roasted sunflower seeds
  • Sea salt to taste


  • On a large serving platter or plate, layer the ingredients in a single layer (apple through salt) and serve.
