Loaded Apple “Cookies”
Ingredients
- 3 medium apples cored and sliced
- 6 tablespoons raw almond butter
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut
- 3 tablespoons roasted sunflower seeds
- Sea salt to taste
Instructions
- On a large serving platter or plate, layer the ingredients in a single layer (apple through salt) and serve.
