Lemon Rosemary Trail Mix
- 1 cup raw cashews
- 1 cup raw almonds
- 1 cup raw walnuts
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon zest
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients well. Pour contents of bowl onto a large parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, until nuts are crispy and golden brown. Serve warm or at room temperature.
