Lemon Rosemary Trail Mix

  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 1 cup raw walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon zest
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary


  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  • In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients well. Pour contents of bowl onto a large parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, until nuts are crispy and golden brown. Serve warm or at room temperature.
