Fig and Cherry Bars
- 1/2 cup raw almonds chopped
- 1 cup dried figs chopped
- 1 cup dried unsweetened cherries
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- In a large food processor, add all ingredients and pulse until smooth. Press date mixture into a square dish and cover.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour and cut into bars. Serve cold or at room Temperature.
