Fig and Cherry Bars

  • 1/2 cup raw almonds chopped
  • 1 cup dried figs chopped
  • 1 cup dried unsweetened cherries
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup almond butter


  • In a large food processor, add all ingredients and pulse until smooth. Press date mixture into a square dish and cover.
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour and cut into bars. Serve cold or at room Temperature.
