Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups chopped kale
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 4 cups spring mix lettuce
  • 1 1/4 pounds deli turkey chopped

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients and serve.
