Crispy Chili Garlic Kale Chips

Servings 2 servings


  • 6 cups chopped kale
  • 4 tablespoons coconut oil
  • sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 clove garlic minced


  • Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
  • In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients well. Pour contents of bowl onto a large baking sheet. Bake for 45 minutes, stirring kale every 15 minutes with a spatula. Remove kale from oven and serve warm or at room temperature.
