Crispy Chili Garlic Kale Chips
- 6 cups chopped kale
- 4 tablespoons coconut oil
- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 clove garlic minced
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
- In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients well. Pour contents of bowl onto a large baking sheet. Bake for 45 minutes, stirring kale every 15 minutes with a spatula. Remove kale from oven and serve warm or at room temperature.
