Chili Lime Melon Skewers
- 2 cups cubed watermelon
- 1 cup cubed cantaloupe
- 1 cup cubed honeydew melon
- 4 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- pinch sea salt
- In a large bowl, toss all the ingredients.
- On large skewers, alternately thread all the ingredients. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
