Chili Lime Melon Skewers

  • 2 cups cubed watermelon
  • 1 cup cubed cantaloupe
  • 1 cup cubed honeydew melon
  • 4 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • pinch sea salt


  • In a large bowl, toss all the ingredients.
  • On large skewers, alternately thread all the ingredients. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
