Cherry Date Bars
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds
- 1 cup dates pitted
- 1 cup dried unsweetened cherries
- 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup raw almond butter
- pinch sea salt
Instructions
- In a large food processor, add all ingredients and pulse until smooth.
- Press date mixture into a square dish and cover. Refrigerate for 1 hour and cut into bars. Serve cold or at room temperature.
