Cashew Butter and Chia Seed Pudding

  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 3/4 cup chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons raw cashew butter
  • 2 tablespoons chopped roasted cashews
  • pinch sea salt


  • In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients well. Cover bowl and refrigerate for at least one hour then serve.
