Cashew Butter and Chia Seed Pudding
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 3/4 cup chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons raw cashew butter
- 2 tablespoons chopped roasted cashews
- pinch sea salt
- In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients well. Cover bowl and refrigerate for at least one hour then serve.
