Blueberry Coconut Bars
Ingredients
- 2 cups coconut cream
- 2 cups frozen blueberries thawed
- 1 cup raw almond butter
- 4 large dates pitted
- 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- pinch sea salt
Instructions
- In a food processor, pulse all the ingredients until smooth.
- Press blueberry mixture into a baking dish and refrigerate for 1 hour. Slice and serve.
