Almond Butter and Coconut Smoothie
- 3 cups unsweetened coconut milk
- 1/2 cup raw almond butter
- 3 tablespoons raw honey
- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1 teaspoon flax seed
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- In a blender, add all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Pour into individual glasses and serve chilled or at room temperature.
