Tuna Pasta Salad
Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked whole wheat pasta
- 1/2 cup canned solid white tuna packed in water (drained and flaked)
- 1/4 cup artichoke hearts packed in water (drained), chopped
- 1/4 cup roasted red peppers packed in water (drained), chopped
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons low fat Italian salad dressing
- 2 cups mixed baby greens
- 1 kiwi
Instructions
- 1 cup cooked whole wheat pasta, 1/2 cup canned solid white tuna packed in water (drained and flaked), 1/4 cup chopped artichoke hearts packed in water (drained), 1/4 cup chopped roasted red peppers packed in water (drained), 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese and 2 tablespoons low fat Italian salad dressing over 2 cups mixed baby greens; 1 kiwi.
