Super Veggie Salad
Ingredients
- 3 cups dark leafy greens
- 2 tablespoons chopped broccoli
- 2 tablespoons chopped cauliflower florets
- 2 tablespoons shredded carrot
- 2 tablespoons chopped mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons chopped cucumber
- 2 tablespoons chopped celery
- 1 tablespoon gluten free red wine vinaigrette
Instructions
- 3 cups dark leafy greens tossed with 2 tablespoons each: broccoli and cauliflower florets, shredded carrot, chopped mushrooms, cucumber and celery drizzled with a gluten free red wine vinaigrette
