- 2 tablespoons low fat ricotta cheese
- 2 tablespoons canned crushed pineapple
- 1 whole wheat English muffin halved and topped with 2 tablespoons low fat ricotta cheese and 2 tablespoons canned crushed pineapple, sprinkled with cinnamon. Broil until pineapple is golden.
