- 1/2 cup chopped red peppers scrambled

- 1 slice whole wheat toast
- 1 orange
- 1 cup decaf green tea
- cinnamon

- 4 egg whites and 1/2 cup chopped red peppers scrambled topped with 1 teaspoon grated Parmesan cheese served with 1 slice whole wheat toast and 1 orange and 1 cup decaf green tea sprinkled with cinnamon.
